Spinach Crab Dip

Spinach crab dip~

Ingredients:

1 bag of frozen spinach thawed and drained

8oz cream cheese

16oz sour cream

1/4 cup of mayo

5 cups Monterey Jack cheese

16oz Jumbo lump crabmeat

Salt/Pepper to taste

Crushed red pepper to taste

Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit
  • Combine all ingredients inside a mixing bowl (leaving aside 1 cup of cheese to spread on top of dip)
  • Transfer dip to a 9×12 pan and top with remaining cheese
  • Bake for 10 minutes
  • Remove and enjoy with your favorite chips or bread
